Chatbot crashes several times

Dear Juji team,

we’re using the Kai chatbot for an empirical study at our university. Unfortunately, the chatbot has crashed several times today and jumps back and forth in its questions. In the middle of the interview, it just jumped to the beginning again so that we had to repeat the entire interview. Do you have any idea why this happened?

Sorry for the inconvenience. We were carrying out a major maintenance last night (PDT). That’s likely the cause for the service interruption.
