There seems to be gap sentences that are built into the system.
The sentences are in English.
I would like a feature to edit those sentences. I need to be able to fully support a non-English language.
The ability to edit the system built-in responses is a task on our list, and we have a plan to implement it.

I need the ability to change the following:
First Name, Last name, Email, Start To Chat
into other languages
The translation of these UI texts is a separate issue from allowing user to change filler texts in chats. I think the former would be available sooner, as it is a standard software internationalization problem.
