Blank window issue

when I open the browse match question window and input word to search question the window goes blank. The step as follows:

Thanks for reporting. I was not able to reproduce the issue. If the issue persist, can you let me know which engagement of yours has this issue or if it happens to all engagements?

I and my colleague use Chrome and Firefox. And we have the same issue in these two engagements. The error message as shown:
