The name of our webinar program is Going Ape S#!t so I would like to allow users some profanity. Can I change that setting?
I just checked. Currently the system doesn’t allow you to turn on/off a chatbot’s ack to user profanity per question. You can turn it off for ALL questions using the chatbot settings tab. See below, turn off “chatbot comments to user input”. However, that will turn off ALL chatbot comments to user input, not just profanity input.
Thanks for the update. I’d refer not to turn that feature off for the whole chat. I just want to remove the word “shit” from the naughty list please.
