Chat won't load

My chat wont load. It asks for my details but the conversation doesn’t start, it’s just the blank input screen. Please help.

Hi,

Thank you for reporting the issue. It seems you are using an older version of the Juji library. Update your chatbot to using the latest library is easy. You can do it by following the steps below:

  1. add the line :script-base "juji.rep.interviewer.v4", under the line :config/version "2.0.0", in the Config file of your chatbot in the IDE page. (“juji.rep.interviewer.v4” is currently the latest library version)
  2. click “Save” to save the change.
  3. Once that’s done, you can try preview the chat and update your release in the business UI.

I have performed step 1 and 2 for your FutureWe AI Helper. You can try to preview and update your release. Please let me know if the problem persists.
