Chatbot doesn’t understand HELP, Help, help, even though these are key words we have entered.

@NAMILB That’s kind of weird and has never seen this before because “Help” is already in your Q&A.

@wchen Could you check on this? I am wondering if the python server is down?

I didn’t see the reply from @wchen before I replied to you. It seems the issue no longer exists.
