When users are sent to End of Chat after giving certain chat responses, some see this screen:
Is there any way we can disable this functionality in chatbot design?

Hi @mnguyen,
The page is provided as default ending place after the conversation. There are two ways you can avoid this page. You can switch the chatbot to “hang around” instead of end the chat in the Wrap up topic. In that case the user will remain inside the chat page when reaching the end of the chat flow. Alternatively, you can provide an redirection url in the Wrap up topic. So when the chat ends, it will get redirect to the page of your choice.
