Hi, I can’t get the chat to end. It says I’ll just hang around and then I get this screen after a second or two.

Thanks for reporting the issue. Depends on what behavior you are looking for, the ending can be customized using the options in wrap-up topic.
Turn on “hang around” if you want the chatbot to stay for questions.
Alternatively, you can turn it off to go to personality profile ending page or a customized redirected page
So one existing issue is that if the user has not entered any text input, the personality profile page will not show. While we are still working on this issue, currently, you can work around it by either adding a topic for the user to input some text before ending or customize the redirect url so the chat will go to an different page.
