How do I see what the default responses are to change them (not create new ones from scratch)?

It depends.
For user asked questions, you will need to supply the responses yourself.
For questions asked by the system, the user may respond in any way they like. The system will record them.
See attached example of generic responses to prompt a user to respond. If I wanted to change these, can I?

Please confirm if I understand you correctly. You would like to customize the responses that the bot generates from its built-in libraries? For example, change “Come on, no need to be humble with me.” to something different?
Ideally, you would like to do it in the graphic user interface, e.g. change the responses directly by clicking on it?
If this is the correct understanding, it is a feature we currently do not have. However, I have write up a ticket to implement it. Stay tuned.
