I need to change one of the questions in a multi turn reply but I can’t find it to edit it. I’ve checked the downloaded CSV the details aren’t there.
Are you saying you added a multi-turn reply before, and you want to edit it but could not find how to edit it? See the attached screenshot below.
After the question has been submitted how do I edit it? ie when it’s not visible on this screen anymore.

What do you mean it’s not visible anymore? Do you mean you wish to bring the question back to the Q&A board for editing?
You can bring them back by clicking on the “magnifying glass”, then type the keywords of your question to find it and then select:
