Does Juji support multimedia in conversations? Like images, videos, etc.

Yes, we support images and videos in conversation. You can do this using Web Media message in a web release or Facebook Choice request and Facebook Media message in a Facebook release.
Here are some examples using a Web Media message. First, select whether you want to show an image or a video. For image, you simply copy and paste the image url to the textbox.
And for video, you will need to copy and paste the embed url, which can be easily found in YouTube. Go to the YouTube video, click the SHARE button, and choose Embed. Then copy the url after src= and paste to the video textbox. (without the quotation marks).
After that, you will be able to see the video in your Design page
as well as in chat.
