Conversation isn’t picking up key words. In this flow it should pick up the word “job” and provide a specific response, but the whole topics is skipped including the 3 or 4 subtopics after it.
From your screenshot, the keyword trigger is labeled as Trigger 5, what are the other 4 triggers like?
This Trigger 5 is associated with the topic “What’s on your mind?”, correct?
I found the problem: because you added two sentiment triggers before the keyword trigger. Somehow “I want a new job” is considered a positive sentiment (I guess it signifies “hope” 
This trigger is matched instead. Right now, you’ll have to delete the sentiment trigger and then added it AFTER your keyword triggers. I will also talk to the team to see if we can move all the sentiment triggers behind the keyword triggers.
For another topic, “please use one word describing…”, it does work with your added keyword matching. See below
