Can a push notification be sent to my phone/email to let me know a user is asking to speak to a human?
We do have a work item for adding a send-email function. It has not been implemented yet.
In addition, the handover to a human also needs some work, e.g. the bot should not respond when a human has taken over. This is also a work item that we have not implemented yet.
