Response Format for multiple choice question

Hi Michelle,

While testing the survey we noticed that whenever we respond to the multiple choice question in the image attached the question shows up in our response. This format is different from any other response in the survey. Is there a way to change this so that is it uniform with the other responses format in the survey?

Once a user submits his/her answer in a multiple choice question, what you see is a “confirmation message”. It is intentionally made this way (different from other text input by a user) to tell the user s/he submits a form.
