The responses didn’t make sense in context to the question. How can I fix it?

How did you add the question “What are three (3) things you are grateful for”? I just did this by simply adding a question, entering this exact wording, and I got the following answer. See below my screenshot. A simple fix should be just deleting this question you added by selecting the question, clicking on “…” at the upper left menu, then selecting “delete”. The add a brand new question from scratch and enter the question wording. If this still does not fix the problem, let us know.
