Trying the service for first conversational chat survey. First forum entry. Although it has not yet occurred, we will have survey respondents who may need to postpone responding to our conversation surveys for more than 6 hours. What can be done to help them save their work? From what I understand, a respondent can halt a conversation and return to it later provided that they do so within 6 or so hours. In some cases this may not be enough. Is the “Save my chat” intended to help them save things to another location? If no such ability exists, it may be worth considering.

Yes, we have considered supporting a more longer-term save where a user can be emailed a link to return his/her previous chat. It is our list and we will get to it after handling other more urgent issues.
