If a user wants to be reminded to return to the chat, can we schedule a topic to trigger at a specific time for specific users (or be advised that humans need to manually intervene).
It should be - because we have an alert function. But there are some FB limitations when you can send out the alert. Our CTO @hyang is investigating this.
