Is there a way to require survey respondents to provide their full name, prior to completing the survey?

Yes, when you configure your “cover page”, you can decide what info to collect from your audience.
By default, the last name field is not included, neither is the email field. See below.
If you already deployed your chatbot, you can still set these fields by following this path:
(1) Select “Deploy”
(2) Select “Update” on the web deployment card
(3) Select “Customize Cover Page” (near the upper right corner of the window)
After step (3), you should reach the page shown above, where you can toggle the checkbox to include/exclude the fields you want on your cover page.
