For the image above. The AI seems unable to understand abbreviated text (even if the abbreviation is in the question). Is there a way for the AI to learn and recognize this text over time? Or do you perhaps some suggested workarounds to prevent this response from the AI?

We cannot see the text in your screenshot. Could you send Wenxi an email to tell him which question is and which engagement is? This is put in actually to prevent users from entering gibberish input like “afafasfasf asd”. For a specific question, Wenxi can help you turn it off so it won’t check gibberish.
